Private yoga sessions for kids and teens 

Yoga is a great tool for kids and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities to boost mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. It is a wonderful way to foster a deeper connection to one's body, breath, and mind. 

Practicing yoga can help with:

- focus and concentration

- self-regulation 

- coordination and balance 

- flexibility and strength

- stress relief and relaxation

- mindfulness 

- self-esteem

- motor skills

About Camille 

In addition to being a certified yoga teacher, I have a Master's Degree in Child Studies. My work has included working with kids, teens, and adults who have Autism and other developmental disabilities. 

My work with this population includes:

- Aspiring Youth Summer Camp at Ryther in Seattle

(camp counselor and yoga instructor)

-The Academy for Precision Learning in Seattle

(yoga instructor)

- Various school settings in New Hampshire, California and Washington

(instructional aide, assistant teacher, yoga instructor)

-Private settings for one-on-one yoga sessions

-Community day program setting with adults  


Private yoga sessions are designed to fit the needs of the individual. 


Classes can include: breathing exercises, mindfulness, yoga poses, games, dance, story, and play. 

Class length and frequency can be flexible.
