Elaina Almazan

Elaina is passionate about working with the "in between" age. She serves young people who no longer identify as kids, but not quite ready for teen topics. She founded Truce Life, a community focused on creating a pact between tweens and their tribes to live their best lives. Through yoga, tweens are given tools to navigate the transition into teen and adulthood.

Elaina believes that yoga is uniquely poised to be beneficial for tweens. It enables physical benefits like strength, balance, stillness while introducing topics like confidence, gratitude, and the importance of self care.

More importantly, Elaina believes that giving tweens these tools also gives them the power to create positive change in their community.
