All classes aim to suit the needs of the students, the school, or the group.

Classes include any of the following: breathing exercises, yoga poses, yoga games, guided relaxations, journaling exercises, and art projects.

Classes are based on my research of social/ emotional learning and the benefits of yoga and mindfulness, experience working with children, and an original curriculum I have developed.

Classes aim to help students develop essential skills for self-regulation, build confidence, experience calm, and improve overall mental and physical health and wellbeing.

Classes can take place in classroom, gymnasiums, libraries, parks, homes, studios or any space that fits the group.

Mats and other materials are not required, but certainly helpful.
