• All classes aim to suit the needs of the students, the school, or the group.

  • Classes include any of the following: breathing exercises, yoga poses, yoga games, guided relaxations, journaling exercises, and art projects. 

  • Classes are based on my research of social/ emotional learning and the benefits of yoga and mindfulness, experience working with children, and an original curriculum I have developed. 

  • Classes aim to help students develop essential skills for self-regulation, build confidence, experience calm, and improve overall mental and physical health and wellbeing.

  • Classes can take place in classroom, gymnasiums, libraries, parks, homes, studios or any space that fits the group.

  • Mats and other materials are not required, but certainly helpful.
